At The Video Store

Hey guys, so the thing is, I'm writing this new Twilight fanfiction called At The Video Store. I'm working on it right now and will finish writing it before I post it on here and fanfiction. Be expecting it shortly, if I can write it all in time. Here's a little teaser!

I strode quickly back out and cheerfully started humming. I vaguely heard the beeping sound the door made when it opened, but I was putting away a few copies of The Departed so I didn’t turn around when I heard some footsteps slow as they approached me.

“Can I help you?” I asked absently and politely, still looking at the shelf.

“I doubt it.” I froze when I heard his voice. Abrupt. Hard. Arrogant. Bored. Musical. Velvet.

Velvet?

I turned slowly on my heel in the direction of the voice with a small, polite smile. I didn’t like him already. “What are you looking for, exactly?”
